Service si Mentenanta Echipamente LFPWe offer you our engineers' expertise for all possible service needs you might encounter in the life cycle of a large and wide format printer. The experience our specialists have gathered in over 10 years of activity in this field has been certified through the HP Certified Professional Program. Thus, Grup Transilvae's engineers from the company offices in Bucharest and Cluj are authorized Hewlett-Packard as Accredited Platform Specialists. Service contracts which include interventions (maintenance) assure a stable functioning of large format equipments as well as advantageous prices for eventual service overtime and discounts for spare parts. To optimize costs and reduce the "out of service" time for equipments we offer contract type packages through which we ensure:
The service is performed by our authorized engineers from the two Grup Transilvae offices in Cluj and Bucharest and thus the eventual travel costs (transportation, accommodations...) will be undertaken by the beneficiary according to the contract. The prices for these services vary depending on the complexity of the equipments, therefore the final cost will be determined based on the category in which are included the printers for which the maintenance contract has been signed: 1. small equipments
