MGI Plastic Card is an innovation in the world of small & medium-sized run digital printing on synthetic materials such as PVC, Polyester, P.E.T®, Polycarbonates, Lexan®, Teslin® SPid etc.

It opens the door to super format printing on 13” x 19” sheets, allowing 21 to 24-up ISO format cards (credit card/CR80) per sheet. The PlastiCard allows you to print on synthetic substrates from .4 mil to .13 mil (thickness is obtain through lamination to achieve a .30 mil card or 750 microns).

It is Pantone certified, its Print Station Manager® includes an MGI (Harlequin based) RIP and a color calibration station.
